Realizing in retrospective that there was no second intention in her characterization except just, yeah, she's a schizo but she's worth the risk if you want to be one step ahead, was pretty fun.

Kingmaker gets boring on replays because it has way less options and less branching choices than Wrath. The most meaningful story choice you can make in Kingmaker is whether you choose to save Varnhold or not, and the latter is locked behind evil aligned monarchs. Even in the prologue it ultimately doesn’t matter whether you steal the gaurd salaries or not because you can’t keep the money even if you pass the check; compare this to Wrath’s prologue in how it immediately presents you with choosing which mongrel companion you want to the exclusion of the other and then you get to choose whether you want the tribe to go feral or not, which has further consequences down the road and can be expanded even further depending on your Mythic.
