The problem with twow is not amateurism, but rather if you have some private server knowledge you realize who the fuck is behind it you really don't want to play there. The very moment you learn about the name Sheena the magic power which draws you in is lost immediately.

Vanilla leveling wasn't piss easy. You could only fight 1-2 mobs at once or you'd get rekt, and kill times were significantly slower.
Meanwhile in SoD, every class can blast mobs down in less than 10 seconds and have little/no downtime. Lots of classes can effortlessly AoE farm. Hell, tanks could literally solo dungeons with how much the player power increased. It was fucking dumb.

Last time I checked the Wrath Alpha(2+ years ago) we were testing the ice crown dungeons and pretty much everything worked great. Did Ulduar and that was also good.
The one thing that was broken were the new custom builds, doing funny things with the Shield DPS build or vomiting explosions with no CD. All that stuff got fixed/reworked before going live.

DK was there, but literally just the old WotlK stuff. There was still no decision if they should have all three runes vs. death runes vs. no runes, should have RP or replace it with Rage, etc.
