We already have an anti-material rifle, but a 4 shot Spartan Laser that acts as a more powerful alternative to the Commando with a longer cooldown would be great. There is very little reason to take the MA5C over the Adjudicator. And zero reason to take it over the Reprimand. The M7 SMG is also just the Knight with a lower capacity and lower fire rate, but easier to control. Yet both aren't good either.
The SOCOM can't even fucking 1-shot a devastator or berserker in the head because it deals 100 damage and their head's hp is 110. So any attempt at stealth is going out of the window.
The armor passive also sucks fat cock outside of the unbreakable legs. Why are they both medium armors too? What the fuck? Why give that retarded POI detection distance increase when the unflinching's passive +25 armor value would be far more fitting? I hate swedes.

Not shittier, far far better. Anything with light armor can't survive the massive 605 damage and it makes everything with medium stagger from the shot and die from the second. You destroy fleshmobs with it and chargers too. The M90 is a clear winner across the board of shotguns imo. And likely the only thing from the Halo warbond to stay in people's loadouts.

Should have included a booster that gives your drop pods a chance to fail and kill you. Gotta keep it true to the source material after all.

That's not how the game works and you've completely misinterpreted that fundamental factor. Those aren't "weak". Those are the baseline every other weapon is tempered around besides gimmick items. Yeah, the Peacemaker is a pop gun for harder challenge stuff, but your alternatives are all slower, heavier weapons. The Adjudicator has less ammo than a Liberator Penetrator but can be more of an accuracy weapon. The Liberator itself can basically run the entire game comfortably besides when you have to use Strategems to make up for heavier foes, which is generally what you should be doing in the first place. There are some power creeped items to be sure, but your bait posting doesn't occlude the fact that everything else are playstyle choices, sidegrades and supplements rather than just magically and inherently better than the baseline.

Some of this is sounding more like a paypig's argument that the freebie gear just can't be as good as the shit they paid for. You're not actually making arguments, you're making declarations that of course they're bad, no one uses them, yadda yadda, while I'm over here with a LibPen getting the most kills in my endgame ops and getting the objectives done while everyone else is fighting hordes endlessly in a corner of the map.
