That's because almost every dungeon is made up of prefabs that were just slapped together hastily, while Skyrim's dungeons are all made by hand.
Once you're aware of it you'll start noticing the same features wherever you go, like the ravines in caves, or the little elevated portion in corners that usually has a chest.
The overworld doesn't feel very varied either. Like half the map is just the same biome. Skyrim has some of that too, but it's mostly just The Pale and Winterhold because they're both covered in snow, so they look the same, at least in the northern areas. The rest of the holds all have unique biomes. You can easily tell if you're in Whiterun, Falkreath, The Reach, or Eastmarch.
Ayleid ruins also have a very boring aesthetic in my opinion, while nordic ruins and the lore in them are very interesting to me.

There's probably about 5 games I've played for 1k+ hours on, but I think only one truly has my heart.
I've been playing it off and on for 20 years now, and I still love it dearly.

It sure has changed, but RuneScape just has an eternal charm. I love the OST, the look, the writing, and how the gameplay can suit your mood (mechanically challenging when desired, or you can just afk all day).

Naughty Dogs best multiplayer is actually the Last of Us though. Completely underated. Full of Uber swears though.

1 and 2 are to this day the best mainstream 2D platformers of the last 25 years alongside Rayman Origins/Legends imho. Shame for 3 being somewhat underwhelming.
