It's implied through dreamnail dialogue that she used to be a warrior who wanted to settle down, so seeing her back in action would be cool.

Don't chase her, but be opportunistic if she appears at or right next to your platform. Use attacks you know how to stay out of the way of to reach her. It took me a while to learn because at the beginning you can be very aggressive, but in this phase you have to play semi-defensively and react. It's all about recognizing opportunities to get close while minimizing damage. If she's at your platform or close to it, the alternating beam attack is the best for maximizing damage (it's also the best moment to heal if she's further away). If you can dance around her orbs a bit that will work too if you use descending dark to avoid damage. Again, don't bother chasing her if she's off-screen. If she's nearby you can try to get close if there's an opening. Sticking around the lower middle platform will cause her orbs to hit obstacles more often.
