Nigger, Kojima wanted the over the top cutscenes and specifically asked him to direct them. Him then bouncing and pretending Kitamura did his own weird silly thing and claiming the remake is non-canon simply speaks volumes of how he is a piece of shit ready to throw others under the bus and take zero responsibility for it.
