They give about 10 awards the spotlight while they speed the rest of the others so they can fill in their 4 hours for video game ads. Will viewership increase though? I thas been going on a steady growth pattern but in terms of competition for the award and must see announcements, there really isn't any other than whatever world premieres. The garbage summer game fest this year did increase exponentially with viewership so this game award show should do the same I would hope.

I haven't played DS2, I think it's a great and fun game (if you're not a zoomer at least). But from what I've seen, or the feedback of the people who played it, well it's mostly DS1.5 in term of gameplay. It's more of DS1, but better or fixed. Only the story really moved forward.
