I don't know how is the patent for video game's gameplays. But as a player and fan of both series, Umamusume's career mode eally almost copy Powerpro's Success mode. Not the Eikan Nine like >>719710105 said. Eikan Nine is where you become a coach for school's baseball club and can span multiple years, training a lot of players at once (like football manager)

The things they copy:
>Same five types of mood.
>Anshinzawa is a copy of Professor Daijobu.
>Classification of white/gold skills.
>Training together with trainees/fellow teammates, bond, friendship training.
>Energy system, recreation or dating, rest, summer camp exist in both games.

These are only some of similarities, but the reason why Japanese is accepting Umamusume's gameplay is because Powerpro is already huge there, so they adapt quickly and already know the basics.
Of course there are huge differences too between the game. In Umamusume you immediately gain gameplay stats and skill points after training, but in Powerpro you gain different raw stats (Strength, Agility, etc.) which then you use to increase your gameplay stats (Catch, Hitting Accuracy, etc.) and skills, there are no skill points.

This is what I've been thinking for weeks, it makes no sense, I don't know what else to do or correct. I still don't have a PROPER Ace for this CM, this is the only Golshi I have with 1000 stamina (keep in mind I still need a couple ribbons for her Pot. Been using MLB event Dober and I'd say it's one of the better WIT cards. 10 EN recovery instead of 8 and above average as a stat stick. She also has a +45 skill point option for her last chained event so it kinda makes up for her lousy skills.

But that’s pretty much it. Are you training Wit multiple times in a row to avoid resting often? If so that might be causing problems. I think you could be missing out on better training opportunities by focusing too much on keeping a constant strategy. Your goal is to reach around 400 wit not much more or less and don’t forget you get about 60 Wit from finishing the URA finale. So try doing a run where you rest more often and focus mainly on Speed, Stamina, and building early friendships. Only train wit when there’s no better option like if the failure risk is too high for other stats, or if a bunch of friends are in the wit training. Try not to fall into a "flowchart" mindset. I used to do that, and it kept bricking my runs. You have to adapt based on the situation. Best of luck anon we are all gonna make it

It’s not about how much wit training you’re doing since you're still hitting around 400 wit, which is the goal but how and when you're training wit, try to avoid doing several wit sessions in a row. Instead spread them out and use wit more strategically. I'm not saying you need to take risky training options, but think of it this way: when your energy is low and you go straight into 3–4 turns of wit training just to avoid resting, you might be missing out on more valuable opportunities like Rainbow procs or ideal rest timing, if hurts even more when you are getting minimal stat gains because no one is there. For example, is it really worth it to train wit 5 times in a row with no good partners there, when you could instead just rest and recover 50 energy? Or maybe another training with friends would have been more worthwhile? You gotta use Wit more as a backup like when your energy is low but not low enough to rest, or when it happens to have multiple friends there. Don’t rely on it as your main way of managing energy it's not meant to be a replacement for rest, but it's meant to minimize how many times you rest. It’s a bit hard to put into words, but once you get into the rhythm of balancing rest, high-value trainings, and occasional wit, your runs will start to improve a lot. I was doing the exact same thing you did.
