Stop falling for this, being limited to 3 runs a day to build your frontrunners is cancer. If you want to use frontrunners, pull her. Unless you are saving for a girl that you like and is coming out soon, of course. But meta wise this is one of the best banners in a very long time.

I'll still have to borrow for Seiun unique skill but the shorter distance allows more trainee and deck options than the past two cups
I'm happy with my mile TT lineup so I can redo those with the relevant green skills

Is Emperor's Might useful on Pace Chasers? Especially in CM I don't think there'll be enough overtakes, and if you get overtaken by one of the End Closers you won't catch back up anyway.
