It means we're getting more from the dailies, i.e. better carat rewards because we were getting fucked by the accelerated schedule, which meant we were getting less carats than the JP players in the same timeframe. Now they're upping the rewards for dailies, club carats, and so on to compensate for the accelerated schedule. More carats, that's all you need to know. We dont know *how* much yet, but we'll be getting a little more.

Vision skills are all essentially useless afaik, which is why nobody talks about them. With Groove she has built in end-closer debuffs, so that's what makes her strong. Also good Mile affinity so she'll be a good choice for a debuffer in the next one.
