Nah, Sister of the Void is the best ending. In Weaver Queen, Hornet is pretty much subsumed by Silk, Hornet's desire was not to become a true Higher Being, she just wanted to go back to Hallownest. The Weaver Queen ending is basically the same as The Hollow Knight ending in the first game, the main character succeeds the role of their predecessor, but where The Knight merely became the new body to contain The Radiance, Hornet is more directly continuing the rule of Silk.
Sisters of the Void by contrast shows Hornet pushing the Void back, ensuring that without access to Silk's power (which was given to Hornet to perform the escape) it would remain confined to The Abyss. Although yes, Pharloom is heavily damaged during Act 3, all the bugs are freed from Silk (and The Void's) control and Hornet is able to return to Hallownest. You could argue that Pharloom is physically in better condition in the Weaver Queen ending since it wasn't damaged by The Void, however it would remain a trap for the bugs within to eventually become ensnared and would be without freedom.
