It is pretty easy to build a game in there, but if you're an actual developer you'll be pissing yourself that you didn't use Unity because a lot of visual-related things are in the dumps and you have to think about ratings a lot and can't do anything too sexy (because you know, this is a kid's platform. You need a Verified ID just to make the vertexes on the ocean mesh go up and down procedurally.)
At the same time though, if your game involves multiplayer in any way and you aim to get popular you're on a direct hard to escape path on having to use Roblox
