I switched to Linux Mint from Win10.
Honestly it was mostly painless and gaming trough Steam is easy as fuck. The only thing i REALLY miss is OS level Autoscroll (you can get a shitty version for browsers).
Apparently some faggots many years ago decided that middle click is 'paste' and the Linux gods decided that was the greatest choice ever and therefore must never be changed.

Acting like W11 is pure garbage as a whole is being disingenuous. If you're dumb, you make a throwaway MS account, make it admin, install 11, then make a local non-admin user account and use that for daily use, never logging into the MS admin account again. If you're really paranoid, after installation make a new local admin account, delete the MS admin account, log into Microsoft's website with that MS account and unlink your PC from it, and you should have no traces of that MS account on that PC anymore.
