You know, the game where on Switch not only did this CG have to be altered to show less skin, but even the girl's facial proportions had to be changed to be less "moe" because Nintendo now associates that with child rape?

It just released completely uncensored on Xbox of all fucking platforms. Even on the store page. I think it's settled that Nintendo is now the single worst platform for Japanese-style fanservice.

The worst part is that Japanese publishers are still doubling down on Switch just like they did Playstation for several years, so these games are just going to keep getting fucked for at least a few years until they pivot again... and then the next platform will probably slam the door in their faces as well.

I'm not exaggerating when I argue it should be not be legal for platform holders to wield their market dominance in this manner. Either they remain officially neutral, or they should be held liable for EVERYTHING they host as rejecting these games but not gay bear sex is taking an official stance whether they say so or not.
