It actually had some good stuff in it. Combat kept me entertained. Spell effects were really damn cool and had good interactivity, you could mix and match the elemental Job/weapons system to do some really fun stuff. Flaming monk fist combo into a dragoon lance backflip throw into a High Jump, into shooting with a floating elemental crossbow you summoned out of your finger tips, marking enemies with electric charges, throwing aqua grenades and summoning a massive sphere of to capture the boss and a typhoon to swallow up all of your enemies, pop the sphere and then blast them all with a massive lightning storm......all while dashing around the environment at high speed, freerunning and air dodging like Final Fantasy XV on steroids.

If the game had anything good except for flashy combat, an expensive engine, and Frey Holland/Ella Ballinska, it could have actually been somewhat of a success. There's just way too much slow boring badly written garbage, all way too soon. It was so easy to laugh mercilessly at the cringe game and nobody wanted to give it a chance at all.

Scratchin Melodii seems like a more difficult and well put together Parappa clone. I feel meh about rythem games buf love the Nana Onsha games because they don't just let you riff and adlib but incentivise it.
That said, ehile the songs are shorter and a bit all over the place it's both more difficult and fun to play, despite how many times they try to point out the MC is non binary, at first I thought she was going to be some humanoid-looking being but nah I think she's just non binary (and the bathroom bit was heavy handed). It's got that soft Steven Universe feel to where even when they aren't doing anything woke it just feels soft and feminine-poppy.
The song Sidechain Fever also has a line in it where the rival, a witch girl, says something like "magic from my ancestors taught me how to change". That level in the demo doesn't have her story mode lines or context in it yet, but I'm willing to bet money they're saying she's trans from magic. Or maybe magically altering your sex as if it were natural isn't trans, idk.
That said, for what it is, it looks good and plays well.

I really liked Sayonara Wild Hearts.
Saw a lot of people dismissing it on release, I assume because of the "woke artstyle", the all female cast and the music style used.
Personally I don't know if I would even call it woke though. It doesn't even have dialogue besides some light narration.

It IS kinda faggy but I still recommend it a lot lol. It's a very unique and heartfelt experience. Really feels a pop album in playable form.

The Elder Scrolls series, but it's only retroactively woke for the most part. Overwhelmingly, the gay or multigendered gods were based on various pagan religions. Vivec is just Shiva's other form, for example. It's debatable if just one part makes them woke, as you can do plenty of things that would be considered right-wing, like just killing all the gays or wiping out all specimens of a single race, effectively committing total genocide. Later games made them essential/unkillable? Use a console command? It'd be something else if you couldn't kill them specifically because they're gay.
