I’ve been playing FM since 2010, always chasing that thrill of taking a lower-league team to the Champions League. Fired up the new game expecting the usual addiction, but it’s a mess. The interface lags like crazy, my carefully crafted tactics get ignored by players who can’t finish a tap-in, and the game crashed twice before I could even save my progress. The thread’s right—it feels like the devs rushed this one out. Still, I’ll probably keep playing because nothing beats the FM grind, but I’m tempted to just reinstall FM 2018 and call it a day. Anyone else sticking with it despite the bugs?

Same, anon. Been playing since FM12, thought 25 would save the series. Nope. Tried managing a women’s team for the keks, but the game freezes every time I open the tactics screen. Match engine’s so janky my 20-pace winger gets outrun by a 35yo CB. SI’s chasing mobile microtransaction bros now, it’s over. Anyone got a link to that FM24 database update? Not touching this till they patch it.
