I was always a fan of the dark blue ones because they were the ones for the final bosses in the original yoshi's island and I felt bad that it didn't get to be the one to fight bowser, instead it was green yoshi stealing his thunder. Also shoutouts to yellow for midboss and purple for always being in the wackiest stages like the labyrinths and autoscrollers, and for turning into a train.
