You snubbed Tachyon, but I think she's the easiest to build. She has 2 heals built in meaning you don't need Creek card. I built her as 4spe/1pow/1sta, only SSRs being Kita borrow and Special Week event, but that was only incase she gave Gourmand which would be cheaper than the built in Race Planner.
Creek would work similarly if you are vetoing Tachy, though she lacks the speed training boost.

I find it very hard to both get enough stam and a reasonable amount of power (aiming for 750+) with Tachyon, neither 4/2 nor 3/2/1 decks want to cooperate. Her runs are also the most cursed in terms of RNG.

I think it's neat that the affinity system can showcase some lore connections between horses.
At the same time it's infuriating that swimsuit maruzensky needs to have Seiun's ult, which means you're not ever going to get a double circle for her unless you own Seiun, Taiki, and Bourbon, and then do the entire lineage yourself grinding the shit out of G1s, and even then it might only barely get to double circle.
