You want to get a Sage cooking. Stack as many evilities that boost number of attacks, and turn 1 stats as possible. Use her to grind the postgame stage with the hundred Asagi. At 3 or 4 attacks, the odds of any survivors are pretty astronomically low. It can happen, but, it taking two turns isn't the end of the world.
Use her to grind 4 monster units, to master all the generic classes, then reincarnate those generic monsters into the units you actually want to use. Make sure Metalia is in this first four.
For humanoid uniques, the best plan is to give as many of them Prinny Hat (from Fuka) and Prinny Instructor (from Valvatorez), and send them on Nether Expeditions with one leveled anchor unit, to quickly max their subclasses.
Once a character has maxed subclasses, put them in the maxed Elite 4 Squad, to hit 10 million base stats at 9999, the limit. HP goes higher than this, you can stack HP growth as much as you want.
Once Metalia is leveled, use her on the Asagi level to capture all of them, then take all their extracts through discipline. Use a Maid to spread those extracts across 5 units. That's another 10 million cap.
Then, make sure your units are getting +100% stats from SOMEWHERE. Doesn't matter where. 100% is the cap. Foot Soldier Squad or the Flat Chest Squad does a nice chunk. Red Magnus' second evility, and both generic & unique Asagi benefit from the Asagi Squad, and don't have to personally be in it, so take less to get there. NISA as well, but this requires leaving your game on for a few days. Using Pleinair or Happy Song evilities lowers the required cap, but bear in mind, them dying means you lose the bonus.
That's 40 million. 20 million without extracts, probably around 30 million with maxed bases, some extracts, and okay gear.
40 million is *enough* for all postgame content bar Carnage Baal. Gear has to cover the remaining 60 million, Baal is probably doable at around 50-60 million total, with the right units.
