7 was better than 6 so there's that. The old PS2-era NIS has long been dead obviously but that's natural, time moves on and employees come and go (and we all know that NIS had some fiascos with not paying their staff around D4). Disgaea as a series will continue to exist as long as they're not bankrupt though, they pretty much have to make it it to stay afloat. As long as Harada and Sato stay on art and music then I'm good. I actually did enjoy 7 overall though.

Basically one of two announcements will happen in the future: Either they announce D8 or they announce bankruptcy (again).
