Since registration is already over, one thing I noticed is that most people were really letting go of stamina requirements to make their newer aces. I saw A LOT of new aces with 750 stamina, less gold recoveries and insane other stats. I started winning like 80% of my test pub races when I swapped my 2 URA Finale aces for Neicha and W.Mayano and just started nuking their stamina. Hell in one race my stamina was nuked too and Maya won walking to the finish line while everyone else was giga gassed

Yours are very strong against that strat though. it would depend on my Aoharu ace to beat them.

the gameplay is menus.
the basic game turn is "choose what to spend this half month doing" - either training one of 5 stats, resting, recreationing, or racing. buying skills with skill points doesn't use a turn and can be done right before a race. some turns have a mandatory race. there are also random and scheduled VN events that happen before or after your turn, some of which require you to choose a dialogue choice.

the races have no player involvement other than buying last minute skills and choosing which race style to run in the pre race menu. once that choice is made, the race outcome is predetermined, the graphical race is just for show. "see results" gives you the same results watching the race does.

pity implies the rate goes up every time you roll. This game doesn't have pity, quit being a hoyodrone

3 wit cards is fucking overkill and your stats will suffer because of it, friend cards are fine but you can totally do successful runs without them, Riko alone most of the time is also good, both of them will make your stats too inconsistent.
Decks aren't set in stone and you should change them according to style, distance and growth as usual. Following these things as a guide that should never be changed is why some of you never get good results

Assuming you got very unlucky you should have 3LB Kitasan when the rerun happens. During this time you should also be clearing the cleat support shop every month. They also give these out during events.
Obviously the rates are really bad for this game and I'm not defending it in any way, but if you actually want to play and stay competitive as F2P you do have to plan out your pulls very carefully, or aim for open league. At least in the future they will make it much easier to LB the cards.

That was for the long race.
It's 600 stam for Mile. 800-1000 for medium, and 1200 for Long

For Mile you are supposed to have as much Power and Speed as possible. So something like 1200/600/1200/500/1000 should be doable

That's only if you wanna giga tryhard though. If you wanna take it easy you can play Open league(only B+ rank umas and below) or aim for B finals(you need to win 1/40 races in the comp semifinals. Very doable for most jobber umas)

It's perfectly passable stamina stat stick, nothing exceptional. Big list of good front runner skills though no gold recovery. The awkward thing is you don't want to bring stamina card for shorter races and the lack of gold recovery is troublesome for longer races.
