The difference between these two mediums is that it is rather trivial to actually learn grammar, syntax, etc. It is difficult, but not strenuous, to learn things such as how to make a good hook, how to paint a scene with vivid imagery, how to use motifs. You can read all of these things in a book or watch simple classes. The average person gets writing practice (probably every few days) when writing emails, talking online, etc. From there, the only true difficulty is fostering your creativity and creating ideas that both satisfy you and your readers. It is very easy to make content which satisfies yourself via this medium, even if the actual quality of the work is garbage.

Compared to drawing, where, uh...you can't just read a book about it. I mean, you can, but the only way to gain any semblance of skill is to make hundreds to thousands of doodles and sketches that will at best fail to satisfy you and meet your creative ideations, and at worst will blackpill you, especially if you try showing them off to people only to be met with mockery for your shitty drawings.

It is incredibly disparaging to make so many attempts that will fail to satisfy you for months, even a year at a time. Whereas even the shittiest prose can allow the mind's eye of the author to conjure their idealized creation, albeit at the expense that consumers of your work will completely fail to see your idealized creation.

tl;dr writing is like casting a mind-spell to make people imagine the cool pictures in your head. drawing is actually creating the cool pictures in your head.

It's a boon but it's not worth overthinking either. I used to doodle a lot s a kid but it's not like I learned anything from it. The only thing the autistic doodling stage did was suggest that I was mentally inclined to enjoy drawing. I was a bit of a "late bloomer" when I decided to buckle down and aggressively study art in my 20s, but age really has nothing to do with it. I believe Undertale is either a dark world or simply a world in Kris' mind(both are imaginary in a way) featuring copies of characters Kris knows as mentioned in the egg rooms in ch 3(some of them are black and white but most of them are colored in) and as seen in ch 4(Kris meets freakin SO SORRY of all people in a world that's based on a memory of his).

Chapter 5 is The Festival. I don't know where it can take place because there doesn't seem to be a big hub area for it. I can only assume it's to the left of the police station.
Either way, the festival is the perfect place for the next dark world. This would be the first time the vast majority of characters would all be in the dark world at once. This could help some characters finally get some much needed interaction to move them from where they've been this entire time (Bratty and Catty, Burgerpants, Alphys just to name a few). It would logically be the best place to setup the biggest plot jumps and then use chapter 6 and chapter 7 as the "results of all our choices" section.
However, a tsunami was mentioned multiple times and ch4 ends with rain. Entirely possible the festival gets postponed or cancelled in some regard.
