10% AP onhit is pretty low and you get another 10% from activating Q. Stacked with Nashor tooth you'd get 35% AP ratio hits on your autos when your Q is up which is not that impressive given you can build AD and do 100% AD "onhit" while also giving your auto splash more damage since the splash only scales with AD.
The AD ratio on W is also way higher than the AP ratio.
