It's what I assume that anon did. Did the calcs and Akafuyu maxed on S2 with mod talent up has around +900ish DEF, exact same number as Anastasio Gospel Spray deals in EX EP 8 CM. Without skill up she has 450ish DEF and will explode to it, but skill even with Corrosion DEF debuff brings her down to 800, more than enough for the +4k HP pool to tank that 1500 + corroburst damage. It's not supposed to, that's intentional. The game is made in such a way so that every player's experience is canon and validated, it revolves around the base main plot which is the "base canon" without invalidating another player's experience. There are Doctors who only play with 3/4 stars and that is their "team" and who they have fought many battles with and made memories with. You can't tell those Doctors they used and bonded with Mudrock/Surtr/Mlynar instead, because they didn't. It's just clever design, which many video games do when they want an immersive vehicle.

Among the original NEW characters, Perlicky is the best hands down. Yvonne, notSavage, and Surtr's older sister could maybe be bland operators in Arknights. The Players just remind me of Joker from Persona 5.
