Executor is really one note. If you aren't completely addicted to parrying he offers the most boring playstyle imaginable. You just stack status effects and use your starting katana, the only possible upgrade is rivers of blood over a poison/frost/bleed katana, so if you don't get it you literally just ignore the roguelike aspect of the game. On top of that, none of the relics do SHIT for him. Can't rally while in ult form, two handed attack power doesn't affect his parry katana, basically nothing interacts with his ult nor parry katana, and all of his character relics suck absolute fucking ass compared to generic upgrades. Parrying also isn't that valuable, it does very little stagger damage in comparison to just hitting a motherfucker with Wylder/Raider/big spells on Recluse.

Sure, but he's poorly designed. +HP on roar isn't worth the time spent roaring, -HP on attack with the parry katana doesn't give enough damage to justify it, the heal on activating his parry blade doesn't work if it's already glowing gold (so you can't save the move for when it's convenient to use), guard passives do nothing for him because parries don't need poise or extra guard ability. His passive is an absolute joke that gives like a 15 second small damage boost if you use something like seppuku, but nearly every weapon skill gives more value. His parry katana does so little fucking damage your best use of it is keeping it in your pocket and using the sheathe/unsheathe animation to block, then going back to mindless R1 spam. Just a value consideration, no matter how fast you are you have limited places to stop, and the camps are the least likely to offer anything worthwhile, gaols offer the chance for a decent passive upgrade AND guaranteed damage with the perk or even runes without it. For a lot of characters extra weapons are total fucking garbage, but +stamina/flask regen/whatever is a godsend, and hitting level 15 guaranteed is never bad. Camps need either better drops or to give more runes to compete.

They never played solo so they don't understand that in multiplayer bosses are scaled for 3 people in all aspects ( resistance to ailments, health and stance meter). That's the point, a lot of camps are out of the way, unless they are in the DIRECT path to a real objective you are better off skipping them. Travel time is the great time waster in this game, not individual objectives (except the castle/Noklateo, which offer equivalent rewards for their time sink and guarantee a close on them at some point). 20 seconds spent on getting a greatbow on fucking Wylder or yet another +sorcery passive in a party with no casters is 20 wasted seconds. Camps are a last resort if your close has no other last minute objectives.

I hate how much people undervalue mines. They are mandatory for Executor and extremely valuable for Guardian (the only way to get a shield as good that has no skill is to get VERY lucky using silver fowl legs on knights/getting a lucky scion shield as a reward), Ironeye and Duchess can make good use of them to keep their status effect weapons, optimal Wylder works best with a greatsword so the starting one is actually decent, and even Raider can use it as a spare for dual wielding with another greataxe. They take two seconds and massively upgrade your early/mid game.

I'm very confident status proccing was nerfed from the base game and I don't like to rely on arcane over dex unless we are talking day 1 crushing of enemies at level 1-5. It's great as a guaranteed relic setup that will allow Executor to play to his strengths and deal a ton of damage + status.
But Night of the Wise doesn't just give poison, it also gives a good amount of FP.
Executor has a lot of good FP-hungry weapons like Moonveil and Rivers of Blood, but if you look at his Mind, it's the second lowest after Raider, but Raider never really uses skills so it doesn't matter for him.

So the aids katana setup actually has good synergy with eventual good DEX/ARC weapons that come his way.

Guardian ult is useless compared to Immortal March, the healing part is a non-issue especially if Revenant has shared healing flask, both ults you still need to not get hit or knocked out of attacks but one gives 25% damage for 30s and 15 seconds instead of 7 and losing probably 15-20% of your overall party dps in the process. It also has a smaller range and ramp up time than Immortal March.
Cube is weaker than March, and creates an obstruction that often creates a net dps loss more often than not.
Guardian has a very long recharge time on ult too so eh?
I don't see how this part of the kit is debatable, Rev ult is absurdly good.

If I had to nitpick anything about executor's statline it's that arcane can be varying degrees of a dead stat on different weapons where it won't factor into AR without an arcane scaling and it won't be used at all unless there is a status on the weapon. I don't know how arcane factors into it in this game on weapons like the dragonscale blade that infuse with their weapon art. Despite an S in dex also he has less points in dex than raider will have in strength at the same level. Executor is already sacrificing some vigor and endurance compared to his "inverse" in raider, I feel there is room to pump up his dex a bit more so he can feel stronger with the non arcane weapons.
