Yes, basically any group meeting together, no matter how stupid it is, as long as they have a stated purpose on paper, they can be recognized as an official club. Hyakki has a club that exists just to study algae.
The only school that will disband or destroy your club if you don't do what they want is Millenium, and that's because Yuuka is a stickler who always wants to get rid of "excess" to save money, so she instituted a new policy to get rid of any clubs that don't win prizes at the start of volume 2.
But almost every other school? Any retarded group idea you can imagine, there's a club for it.

The hospital scene was also shot for shot almost the same as volume F, except what the doctor said was entirely the opposite

Nearly every purple GA has SHanako at the top of the clears, she's used in every raid with AOE in any color, and even raids where she's just there for her DEF down, she's always going to be good in PVP as well.
Mika is the only real option for the raids she's good in but you can bring SHanako practically everywhere.
