Yes, basically any group meeting together, no matter how stupid it is, as long as they have a stated purpose on paper, they can be recognized as an official club. Hyakki has a club that exists just to study algae.
The only school that will disband or destroy your club if you don't do what they want is Millenium, and that's because Yuuka is a stickler who always wants to get rid of "excess" to save money, so she instituted a new policy to get rid of any clubs that don't win prizes at the start of volume 2.

But almost every other school? Any retarded group idea you can imagine, there's a club for it.

Eden Treaty is where understanding the mythological / religious context actually enhances your understanding of the story, the other volumes are a lot more vague with the references.

You should recognize that four or five of the volume F bad ends were meant to happen in volume 1 Ch3

But you managed to avoid them in the new timeline due to Plana.
Sensei was meant to be blown up and disfigured, Hina was meant to die, Hoshino goes terror and is killed by Shiroko, Ayame dies somehow. The one event that changed everything and prevented the bad ending was Plana saving sensei from the gas explosion

There were several scenes in volume 1 Ch3 which were meant to be shot for shot exact same scenes as volume F, but it wasn't as obvious in the localization

When Shiroko enters the club room at night and says tadaima, just like in volume F, except this time serika answers her
The hospital scene was also shot for shot almost the same as volume F, except what the doctor said was entirely the opposite
