I think part of it is that Sirei is usually opposed to keeping her prisoner in the first place. Given his mission is to kill everyone on the planet, there's probably a part of him that hopes she gets killed in combat anyway. Considering hemoanima powers can be inherited (See Eva/V'ehx/Kamyuhn's family) it stands to reason that any children of hemoanima users can also have hemoanima. Now whether they have them innately from before birth is debatable, but given that they are inside another hemoanima user it would make sense that they revive, especially if it was with another hemoanima user on the system files. The only issue I guess is if it tries to correct the DNA into being one or the other when it spots the irregularities in the genome, otherwise you just get natural cloning.
