It depends on how you interpret how their lives went. Takumi had his sim life stream interrupted with outside info from Nozomi so they were seemingly living a life in some sort of real time perhaps accelerated. I saw it as most likely the scientists provided the setting and outside factors to mold them a certain way but their taste in clothes and personal appearance I figure was probably up the individual. Thus they probably had to go about the annoying process of recreating their usual clothes and dyeing those who dyed their hair and also giving piercings to those who had them lol. Other interesting detail is Eito wears the wrong prescription on purpose (given from Kodaka answer) so I’m curious if the scientists were even aware it was wrong when recreating his glasses since I doubt it’s something Eito ever spoke out loud they just copied what he got assigned in the sim

Long time ago I asked if Darumi when getting married to Takumi would keep the dyed hair or opt for natural, response I got was keeping it dyed and I can see it either or.

It is a shame there’s not a lot of canon yuri to be had that isn’t the abusive Hiruko stuff or the ignoring Tsubasa stuff, all from KG. I also acknowledge her preference for girls but also relish in her ability to fall in love with a man, sorry, just comes with being a straight man holding out hopes for romance himself in this day and age.

No I’m the guy that wants to write them but has never read them so it’s tough both ways. Have had a TakuDaru fic open in my tabs for like 2 months. All I do is think on story ideas in my spare time but never jot them down. At least I finally started recently. I know I need to read others to be familiar on now other fans write but it’s odd to do for the first time despite wanting to do so myself.

Gah guess that’s also the normal guy mindset of I just want to make her happy, and thus I just want to see Takumi make her happy and not sad anymore. And so I keep thinking every day of scenes and possible alternate scenarios or AUs for them to be happy, and hopefully end up as a happy family unlike what she was made to endure (artificially at that, just given the worst life ever on purpose)
