Anyone know how to properly edit the length of day/night? I feel like Cabbage ENB + Nat III make days too short (assuming they affect it in the first place), and I dislike being out and about in constant night time. For me the issue was simple, MO2 had somehow deleted all traces of Papyrus Tweaks NG from my modlist. Redownloaded and reinstalled that, game started working normally again.

Out of curiosity had you been installing some loverslab mods? Because I found that fucked my papyrus up. Some of them so stupid shit like changing your .Inis but one also swapped an old papyrus from 8 years ago into my setup

Partly luck. I forget exactly which mod it was, but I was searching through the comment section of multiple suspect mods on Nexus for mentions of crashing and infinite loading screens (which I was also suddenly getting). There was a mention of changing a value in Papyrus Tweaks NG's .ini file, so on a whim I went to check mine and found the mod nowhere on my list, despite Nexus claiming I had downloaded it just weeks prior.

Haven't had that issue, but mostly because I was already aware they come with outdated baggage. I have my modlist set up so that the fucky sexlab plugins, scripts and skeletons are overwitten where it's safe to do so.

There's another case of this happening if you install Vokriinator Black. It requires SPERG, which requires Skill Uncapper, and SPERG has an .ini file for it that conflicts on some setting in some more recent SKSE plugin Vokriinator Black also requires (I forget which, the dependency web on that fucker is silly). SKSE dumpsters the game pre-launch when it notices the mismatch.
