Honestly I don't like a lot of the 1999 lore conversations on the KIM stuff because while it's neat to see Drifter and Eleanor speculate and discuss, you then get shit like Kaya's linear time travel, the Helminth being fully mentally active with itself across time, and Temple fucking off to a meteor to ride out history the traditional way, and it just sorta becomes a clusterfuck of ideas and weird things that feel more and more taped on.
