Mostly just try to play near strong tiles as much as you can and move your camera around a lot so you can see them coming any time they're not in chase with someone. If you're in a dire situation like you're on death hook and injured don't even bother trying to do a gen just hang out around shack or some other strong tile.

Wrath is the most fucked up one because he can block off vaults ahead of you, so you really need to be careful where you position and you want to run to a pallet and camp it to waste as much time as you can.

just had a game where I got to use conviction twice, once to escape a bad slugged position, finish repairing a gen and then get healed back to full, and then again to do the ideal getting back up and then running through the exit gate under the killers face as he swipes at you in confusion and desperation and misses thanks to spring burst. will probably never get so much use out of the perk agian, but maybe I will, still early days haven't played much with it.

I think Scarlet Egg and Mannequin's foot are quickly becoming my favorite addons in the game. It's basically 50% killer instinct uptime once somebody's tormented and almost no exhaustion perks come into play.

After playing survivor for a few days after 600 hours of exclusively killer I've decided that slugging and tunneling should probably be removed from the game entirely. Most fucked up thing I can say is that 4 man SWFs have to be given penalties by default. We can't put them in their own matchmaking without causing insane amounts of uproar and probably losing a good chunk of players. High MMR survivors are monsters against the unprepared but the average solo Q player is usually drunk or stoned or terrible at the game and just wants to play for fun.

It *does* have a soft mmr though, how I think it works is kind of like a range like if you're rank B, you can get paired up with rank A's, B's and C's, if you're rank A, S, A and B or something like that.

There must be, if you go on a killer you haven't played in months the first game or two will be braindead autopilot, then by the 3rd or 4th game you start facing SEAL team six, so there *is* some kind of bracket pairing at play here

Having to swivel the camera constantly between every approach if you have no information on the killers whereabouts while you're repairing your generator is really tedious to do. I find it so boring that against a stealth killer, while doing gens, I tend to just leave the camera on the direction I expect them to approach from, accept I will be grabbed or hit from unseen angles if I'm wrong, and save myself the headache. Killers often cry out for SWF nerfs, while Solos scream to be buffed.
I think the best way to do this would be to buff Survivor information, in a similar way of the Action HUD.
Of course, people could ignore it the way people ignore action HUD and still hide when someone else is in chase, but progress would be progress.
Picrel is a current lobby, as a soloQ survivor. We have the following information given:

Dwight's on Bond? Wonderful, I'll switch to my Open Handed build with Kindred for easy Killerspotting. Taurie has Shoulder the Burden? Look at the quality of survivors you're facing. If they just hold W and don't drop pallets, they're not good at the game.

It doesn't help that bhvr has loosened the MMR brackets a lot, but you can look at overall trends to see how your MMR tracks. Vice versa for survivor. If you get a 4 man out, but see it was just a newbie killer with 3 green perks and at prestige 1, that was obviously not high MMR.
