binding turn left and turn right in your killer controls to Q and E lets you turn your saw with those buttons (and you can adjust the turning sensitivity by changing your controller sensitivity)
i use mouse control but my sens is low, like 5% in game with the .ini tweak to change the sensitivity scale and lower it further
