All they need to do is massively ramp the spawns on high value extractions. Back during the battle for Super Earth, those rocket missions had constantly-spawning enemies in sufficient numbers that, if you weren't paying attention, could overwhelm you. Theres two videos showing it happening. It seems to be real. Eitherway its shit on 2 out of 3 factions due to the ragdoll. Especially on bugs because what ends up happening is if you "die", you get ragdolled, and the thing that just melee'd you is still attacking you and its generally faster than you can stim so you just instantly die again.
Even the 50% Arc resistance isnt enough to save you from the really dangerous arc attacks. Youre better off going with the martyr armour because you at least get more throwables and you explode onto whatever melee'd you.

Super Samples should be able to be donated to the DSS, and they should give you ANY free Stratagem of your choice when fulfilled.

One group has a host that literally starts hunting me after we (mostly me) clear the map. I can only assume he was after my samples which was weird but I killed him & refused to reinforce him till I was safely on the pelican.

After that, I ran into a group of noobs knee deep in a stalker nest, no reinforcements & a map full of objectives to complete. 500kg the stalker nest to close it & then i fuck off to some secondaries that should lead me down to the evac in short order. The dynamic duo continue to get bogged down fighting bug breach after bug breach. Eventually the last ditch Pelican comes & me & only one of the duo makes it.

A pattern im seeing is that these guys all have e Super Citizen helmets

The reason super earth tossed so many people away during selection alone is because the helldivers had been defunct some time after the first galactic war.
They were basically bringing fossils back to life for political purposes.
They had a wellspring of human capital ready to through itself away for their goal, and the powers that be “needed” studs who could fulfill the helldiver mythos more than they needed any actual functional military units they could have formed from the groups instead.

no no, you increase the nominal magazine size and have the lower charge levels cost less so you get more of those per magazine but leave the full overcharge AT ammo efficiency as it is with three shots per magazine or four for a slight buff. If you keep just two charges levels, you make it evenly divisible by two like 6 or 8 with shots costing 1 or 2, if you add a third shotgun blast of unfocused plasPunisher or uncharged Purifier bolts make the mag divisible by three ala 9 or 12 with shots costing 1, 2 or 3 ammo based on charge level.

Now instead of always wanting to full charge no matter what because there's literally no reason not to and it's a waste of ammo/potential max damage otherwise, Epoch charge levels have discreet functions and ammunition cost where you may actually desire to use them to clear chaff or medium targets with uncharged or short charged shots.

Someone said the epoch was intended to shoot multiple plasma nades in a scatter shot, and I tend to believe that would be the best angle of improving its “DPS”. Give it 4 scattered punisher blobs uncharged, then have it act like a plasma EAT when fully charged. Rather than complicate the concept too much with a million, if cool, firing modes

The way Alexus does weapon changes is that everything must be "in balance". When they increased the magazine size of the HMG, they also decreased the durable damage significantly (and didn't list it in the patch notes, mind you). Alexus has the fucked vision that the total damage per magazine must be consistent, even with the increase, hence the damage nerf.
