I think it can be reasonably narrowed down.
Asriel's clothes fit Susie.
Asriel's jacket has a letter addressed to Catty about the Junior Dance he presumably would've taken Dess to.
If Asriel is even remotely a similar build to Susie, Susie is roughly the same age Asriel was when he wrote that letter.
Which means however old Susie is, is probably however old Asriel was some time after Dess vanished.
Susie's in a class with Catti who has a job, plausibly putting their class at 15-16
With this, it's not unreasonable to say that Dess vanished at 15.
This would also add a nice cyclical nature to the story where Kris would save Dess at the same age she vanished.

Last night I couldn't sleep and thought on the whole "Deltarune was going to have everyone be humans until they entered the dark world, then they turn into monsters" thing and I have to wonder how long that concept actually existed or applied, especially to the Holidays.

Even in the concept art he's shown, everyone is drawn as Monsters except for Kris, Noelle being the one closest to looking like an actual human, almost being a "monster girl that's just an anime girl with small bits added"

I made some sprites for this, sadly I'm not good enough with gamemaker code to make a custom fight. Battat and fujo should crumble each others papers up after they exist for a while on the bullet board since battat is trying to solve who Mike is by placing evidence while Fujo's placing her fanfics on the board. In order to spare them you have to make them agree on something, this triggers a big final attack where everything "clicks" and every paper goes towards one piece of evidence

I think chapter 6 is going to be the final dungeon. And chapter 7 is the continuation of the ending Gaster wanted in chapter 6.

Since chapter 5 is the last hunt for secrets (EGG and crystal boss), that means there’s no big explorations that could be done,

We have the Sky Mantle, which Eram will most likely provide in another side-quest.

Asgore has the black shard, a great tool to easily tear the Knight apart.

FRIEND would most likely be the secret boss of chapter 5 because the secret plot lines of chapters 1-4 end up to him giving the bosses their crystals.
