Nope, I play with a Silver Hand quest mod to replace Companions. College as a merc who gives the head role to Tolfir, I think his name is. Thieves Guild I have a mod that makes Brynjolf the head of the guild. I have a Pentius Oculatus mod that lets me properly destroy the Dark Brotherhood, I just pretend I'm a merc helping and not an actual member of the PO, sadly gotta tism with that one. I don't do the Civil War. I only do the MQ if a quest mod requires it. Bards College, if you can even call that a guild, is probably the only one I don't have mods touching it. Nothing against being the Dragonborn, I just like being a average guy who rises to greatness.

I have four current characters with variously successful gameplay hooks (which are a requirement for me to care about them), 2 that are basically retired, and another 2-3 that I haven't gotten around to yet
Most of them are functionally murderhobos because the housing market has been at an all time low and I haven't made one or more myself

Nord Necromancer / Battlemage per the heavy armors, taking as much as possible from the Worm and Totem cults (i.e., Jhunal), hangs out at BS Frostcrag because murder is fun, plus Bloodmane Crypt from Path of the Revenant, and I liked making Felburg a skeleton village. Has been remade some 6+ times so I have a timeloop justification related to being a lich and the little pocket dimension at Bromjunaar.

Bosmer Werebear who ended up as a Shaman / Berserker for lack of a better descriptor, lives in the woods outside Cradlecrush and previously the open air cave outside Riften's southern farmland. Both class options lend themselves to the function of premeditated potion and other prebuff use and then carrying on with an unarmored two-handed weapon. I think the TES class listing that's closest was actually Bard. Maybe I'll settle for Storyteller. Worships Xen/Yffre, bad relationship to Hircine.

Imperial Alchemist, the metal kind, who uses guns (also known as hand Canons), some of which was to avoid stealth archery, I was thinking of shacking up in GC Hammerfell somewhere or just yoinking a sceenarchery location and using it as a close-enough. Not great at magic beyond the realm of making things, which includes summoning daedra for tips and tricks. Worships Magnus, dislikes Mephala.

Altmer not-a-knight using heavy armor and most any melee weapons since people sleep on the advantages of each, plus archery and mounted combat when possible. Not nearly as competent as it sounds so far because skilling everything up is slightly arduous, but the horse helps a lot. Likely to live in Haafingar. Religious order is Phynaster.

Yeah. Hard saves are pretty much fine because they don't truncate as much but also quicksaves are often made during high traffic moments with scripts going off and such just like the autosaves after load screens so they're kind of a bad idea
I don't follow the church of anti-savescum stuff like restarting the whole game and it's been fine, but quicksaves are definitely an oblivion styled inevitable save corruption
One thing you sometimes see is certain references not reverting when loading the same cell after you die or whatever, which can cause scripts to not fire or objects to not be present, this can be fixed up by just quitting and reloading the game but it only rarely occurs in my experience

I don't think having a spell that replaces an entire skilltree is good for the game. The lockpicking skill in SKyrim is already worthless as it is. Are there any mods that integrate vampire feeding more smoothy into combat (or make the animation better)?
I can't find shit on nexus. Right now if I want to feed on someone I have to either sneak up behind them and feed (only when they are completely unaware though, that's added by https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/47225) or I have to charm lower leveled enemies and feed on them with a menu.
I'm looking for something that gives me a power to feed on already aggressive and low HP enemies to finish them off. Violens already plays killmove animations that show me finishing off weak enemies by feeding on them, but it doesn't actually give me the perks of feeding.
