They literally wiped out the night elves and their home, while the horde blew up their own city after evacuating and then took it back. Silvermoon should not have been the expansion hub if the factions can't experience the revamp, but they didn't want to revamp Exodar for parity since this is a rushed expansion.

i think they worded it strangely, and that its going to be a lot like Boralus where theres the player area and hostile NPCs elsewhere. Except the horde gets the neutral area with the alliance and a small BE only enclave while sharing the same hostile section.

Keep the LFG system but add in solo queue as an alternative.
Players need to time multiple keys at a certain level to climb in 'rank' so they can queue for the next level of key, with +2/+3 runs granting more rank then a simple +1
Have a 'Call to Arms' system for needed roles which give warbound fast pass tokens that can be used to move yourself to the front of the queue.
Implement this as an alternative to the LFG system which will be kept around.
Have a targeted key queue and 'random key' which gives you the Luck of the Draw buff.
If a low rank group sits in queue for too long, have another type of 'Call to Arms' which offers players at higher rank to help them for extra rewards.
