Of all the trillions of "long black-haired Japanese schoolgirl in a Japanese schoolgirl uniform" designs we've seen in anime and games media over the decades, Chisa's take on this archetype/trope does absolutely nothing to make her stand out. In fact, if it weren't for her visible tacet mark, there would be nothing about her that indicates she's part of the WW universe.
It's even worse that her weapon is a sword, because that makes her even more generic. There's tons of Japanese schoolgirl characters in fantasy/sci-fi settings that use swords/katanas.
Whatever gameplay she has is going to have to really, really, really make up for how plain her visual design is.

The two statements you posted aren't contradictory. Augusta is not a normal person, she is a resonator. Some resonators rely on their forte to fight, and get carried by it, other fight through pure instinct and brutality, and would do well regardless of how strong or weak their forte is, like Camellya.
Augusta has a shit forte for combat, but even when she was young she was leagues above a normal human. She just uses her physicality more than her forte to fight, that is all. She still uses her powers to move really fast (my best guess is that she uses magnetism to make the ground and her sword opposite polarities, so the sword gets attracted to the ground and she has to only hold on to the sword, building up charge, and then discharging it on her second ult animation). Like when she used her forte to stick a soup spoon under the couch to her skirt.

I’ve got a handful of complaints, but the biggest one is that current ZZZ is basically non-stop corridor combat with nothing to break the pacing. WuWa at least has exploration and puzzles to keep things varied. ZZZ used to have TV mode (an isometric gameboard-style dungeon crawler) to break things up between fights. It had flaws though, and its engagement numbers were terrible, so instead of improving it and it's potential, they just scrapped it, and they've been coming up with awkward replacements, none of which have done the trick.

The thing is, TV mode important to the game's setting, as an atmospheric way of showing the MC’s role as a legendary proxy (ie a hacker) navigating dangerous labyrinths. With that gone, the MCs feel kinda useless to the setting’s core aspects. The devs have been experimenting with ways to make them relevant again—like giving them “magic buffslut” powers or maybe even turning them into fighters in the near futur—but all of that undermines the original “guy in the chair” charm the story started with.

It's this weird identity crisis that affects both its gameplay and its story.

If you really want to utilize the New Voyage banners, it's in your best interest to reroll because you won't be getting enough Asterites to pull for the New Voyage character and weapon banners. I am a relative new player too and it took me 17 days to gather enough asterites to pull for those banners. Already started the Rinascita quest when I pulled for Shokie and I got lucky by winning the 50/50 too.

This is the only gacha game where I have good luck.

I'm rolling Iuno (I'm extremely safe on this, and I'm not even close to done collecting all of the asterites currently available).

I'll try to get Augusta on a rerun. Especially if they rerun her on one of the upcoming banners that I don't care about. I like Augusta, but I like Iuno a lot more, and it'd feel pointless to get Augusta and her weapon and then miss Iuno.
