The point is, you don't fight Warwick as Eve, you don't 1v1 any jungler as Eve. As Eve, your focus is to reach level 6 as soon as possible and farm their laners.

Warwick is one of the strongest 1v1 fighters in the game, he can even 1v2 early without items, just ignore him and get out of any attempt he makes to fight you, after the early game WW isn't good and an Eve scales him easily.

Staff of Flowing Water, and Ardent Censer have been nerfed repeatedly and they're hardly items anymore.
They're definitely bait - but stats won't show you that because League players are slow to move to different builds.
The most common enchanter build recently has been Moonstone -> Redemption -> Dawncore -> Locket for a hot minute now on a lot of them. Some enchanters will benefit from Helia first, but I think it's a game by game basis that I haven't figured out yet.

It's more so about the AS, AS combined with the onhit effect make it a pretty meaningful damage increase. It should usually be built when you have multiple teammates that use the effect well, for just one it's not really worth it unless they're doing all the heavy lifting in the team.
I wouldn't go as far as to say it's bait like other anons did but it's definitely not a default buy. Staff of flowing water is the AP equivalent of censer and you should apply the same thinking process to it. You'll essentially never buy both of these items together.

Redemption is seen as very valuable because the important fights at the point of 2 items are most commonly around dragon and baron pit. Redemption radius is so big it covers the entirety of these places making a frequently fight deciding health swing but it's weaker the entire rest of the time when it's on cooldown only providing you mediocre stats.
In low elo there are far more stupid fights over nothing all the time where the always available effects of ardent/SofW are more useful, whereas in high elo there are fewer unnecessary fiestas over a fucking blue buff or something. People focus on optimally gathering resources the map offers and they converge on objectives for their spawn time, taking less but more meaningful fights where redemption cast is a gamechanger.

I won top a lot as nasus but I stopped playing because it was really stressful for me. I have to play super passively early on and I get poked constantly till I can fight back. It wasn't worth playing the same one sided early game every single match even if I was winning

ADCs complain for very good reason though, and they're probably just frustrated from their last game.
Tank Supports lower the skill required to play ADC, and often make the lane free, while Enchanters force the ADC to play better than they're used to, and make the mid - late game more free imo.

They should deprecate the concept of ADC being tied to ranged-based AA champions, and instead call them marksmen. They should even revert the lanes for champions in champ select and bring back roles. ADCs having a different itemization would also help but there is hardly any way to make it work, part because there are a few champs who can abuse those items and part because how do you balance them? ADC items can easily have the same issue bruiser items have. I would start with ADC items having bonus stats only for ranged champions, like some items give less benefits for ranged but in reverse, maybe this way champs like Yasuo and Yone can't abuse them.

the biggest shitty part about akshan is definitely the revive being like 90% of his power. with Sylas, Akshan,Viego it feels like Riot came up with a "cool idea" first and then a kit for that idea was a afterthought and Riot just lazily tried to force it thinking that a single ability alone would be enough to drum up a stable playerbase (it wasnt)

you know the funniest thing btw about the ruination is I think every champion that was apart from it BAR Senna adds just about nothing interesting to the game and could be removed entirely and noone would care. Vex sucks and has a paradoxical kit, Akshan sucks, Viego is hollow and nothing like his fantasy which is sad because finally Shadow Isles had a poster child for region to rally behind like how Noxus had Swarius and Demacia had Jaren. Senna actually does something interesting but that one thing is maybe a bit too broken.
