How the fuck do I unlock the random goons?
I already figured the outfits, but I'm still not sure about the random guys. I got a Pianta randomly on my first race in the game, and when I googled it, I saw someone saying that you unlock them by getting transformed by the Kamek item, but I have done like 30 races since, and I haven't seen a single Kamek being used
