Epoch version isn't great with bloated HP pools and everyone having access to a trinket immediately.

At 60 with their full spell kit, pvp gear, and SL/SL things will hopefully be different. But so far as leveling and world pvp goes, locks are pretty bottom of the barrel comparatively. Sure if you spec right you can have 0 downtime while soloing, but that's about the only benefit
