PoE2 had larger launch numbers but a higher drop off and lower retention. PoE1 had smaller launch numbers but a higher retention rate. Basically, after a month of both league launches, PoE1 had the same amount of players as PoE2 even though it started lower.

It is safe to say that both games have their communities, and if PoE1 can still have a successful launch and high retention rate like that without getting updates for a year, it is clear that GGG should still support it for the time being. It is financially wise to do so. I do believe that there will come a point where PoE1 does stop getting updates, but it feels like it has a few years of brand new content left in it before maintenance mode takes over.

You're framing this as it's some kind of immediate process, but in reality it's gradual and can take weeks or longer.
Adding juicing with significant difficulty would not necessarily speed up that process. The difficulty-reward increase ratio isn't always favorable (in a sense that it automatically makes the game easier), there tend to be thresholds you need to meet to get value out of juicing (e.g. you can run meatsacks without sufficient juicing and it just makes monsters harder without making you richer).

It's actually not that hard to comprehend.

Waveforms (audio files) are basically nothing more than instructions for the membranes of your speakers that tell them when to move in and out. Then movement then creates the sounds.

What I've done is creating versions that are perfectly inverted. So whenever the original audio tells the membrane to move in one direction, my version tells it to move into the other direction by the same amount, which then results in the sound being completely canceled out.

They stated that Druid had to be cut off because of insane balancing, new support gem overhaul for build diversity, rework for many ascendacies and weapons etc. They didn't want Druid to overshadow all these balances, otherwise people would choose the new class again which would kill the point of 0.3 update.

Then they proceed to buff Deadeye even more and made it even more Flexible ascendacy. I am not saying deadeye will be the only meta but it's clearly going to be insanely strong. All the popular streamers, build creators said that Deadeye is the only insane ascendacy and fit to many builds better than other ascendacies.

It's no mystery that majority of playerbase picking Deadeye as league starter. Then I would like to ask, what was the point of cutting off Druid from this update? Druid didn't overshadow others but Deadeye did instead. What's changed exacty? Now we will see 45% or more Deadeyes instead of Druid.

At this point I'd rather get a new class which is the most anticipated one in PoE 2. They cut off the Druid but gave the same position to Deadeye basicly. Which kills the point of this update anyway.

They want to delay the good stuff (buffs etc) right until the moment when the players will start to leave en masse (usually 1-2 weeks after start of a new expansion/content update). That is EXACLY why every single league in poo1 had nerfs + overtuned new mobs/bosses/league mechanics on almost every single league start. Only when the eventual reddit shitstorm reaches a critical point GGG comes in with their "fix-it-all" update. And it repeats league after league, like clockwork. I do not believe this is just a recurring coincidence or incompetence. It is obviously done on purpose, it is an integral part of their release schedule at this point.

the more I think about what build I'm going to league start with the more I despair and realise I'm just playing the same builds as in 0.2.
did a few act 1 runs on different classes and weapons, it's the exact same thing as I did in 0.1 and 0.2.
boneshatter for maces, la/lr for ranger, frozen locus for qstaves, nades for merc, chaos for witch and spark/flame wall for sorc.
