The difference between the PoE1 and 2 community is insane. PoE1 has a community that seems to have a vocal baseline understanding of the game. Even if many of these opinions are merely parroted from streamers, they actually understand pretty quickly what things are good and what things are bad, with a few surprises sometimes.
The PoE2 community is actual gamer dads who sit around and theorize about the dumbest shit, lacking basic understanding of the game's system mechanics. I wonder if this is reflected in actual players. I suspected that most of the audience was crossovers, but the way the PoE2 community acts you'd think they're mostly D4 players or something.
