Bullies is still recruiting on Darkwinter, we're a day-one semi-casual platoon that has always landed in 1-5%. Ultimate goal for the platoon is to keep things to a comfortable level, without the need to be strict about gunsmoke and activity.

Our member total is a little deceptive, we've got 8 slots, not 1. As the platoon refills I'll kick out inactives, but there's not much reason to boot them while there's an empty slot.

We don't have any requirements, you can be new/low level, as long as you're playing and at least auto your gunsmokes (which before level 60 is just a normal ass combat map anyway.)

Platoon assists include numerous v6 Klukais, a v6 Makiatto, v6 Yoohee, v6 Nikketa, as well as my Springfield, which is creeping up on 20k.

If you apply, please have a reference to the threads in your SKK card so I know you're not a lost normie. If your name/card doesn't make it obvious, expect a friend request and a message before approval.

Due to the way the game is designed I need a full electric team to enjoy any one electric doll. I'm not going to spend thousands of rolls outfitting an entire electric team especially if I only like maybe 3 dolls in the electric roster. I'd have to kit out 2 dolls I don't even care about to make the three I like good.

And every individual doll of the three I like is worthless until I get 5 for a full team. Yeah I'm skipping electric. I'll just start V6ing my fire team I guess since that's a ton of rolls I'll be saving by skipping. Maybe I'll get more vertebra for my water dolls as well.

I just defeated a whale with a V6 Kluk and V6 SF with my V1 & below team. That was fucking rough, they are both scary at V6, but SF just feels like a different monster at V6 with her high damage, her bird that follows you, and her fucking healing

What do you do in unions again? I never joined any since the launch, how much time does it take to complete stuff?

I think consistent performance is the surest sign of a good platoon, because then you know what to expect. Obviously climbing away from the 5% line is good, but if you climb too high there's a chance it'll turn into a sweatshop. Better to just stay at a moderate rank and reap the rewards forever.
Each platoon usually clearly states what to expect in their recruitment message anyway, so as long as the ranking holds, that has no reason to change.

If you mean platoons, all you do daily for 2 of every 3 weeks is Essential Tasks, a very simple basic combat map that KK will oneshot 2/3rds of for you. It takes maybe 60 seconds, and you get access to the platoon shop to spend those points.

Gunsmoke runs for 7 days of every 21 days, and takes more time. If you don't like the mode, you can just auto a boss 2 times and will receive rewards based on your total score and your platoon's score.

If you like the game mode, you can play a third time. It locks out used units, so there's some creativity based on making your third (and sometimes second) team, and adapting them to the daily buff selection, which rotates each day.

Most platoons won't care if you just auto.

You auto one mission a day. Essentially effortless, takes less than 30 seconds. You also get some free shit from doing the dailies you're probably already doing for the collapse pieces.
Then there's gunsmoke, which is sort of a pain in the neck. You fight 2 target dummies (with some mechanics) every day for a week and compare the total score of the platoon against the others. That's what people mean by rank. This earns you some rewards depending on performance. (Capped at top 5%)

While V1 seems good at first, it bricks boss buff mechanics and ends up doing the same damage as V0 as a result despite the better rotation.
