The deck takes a little practice and getting used to, games are in fact still winnable even if you don't draw Sinciro (but it's an uphill battle). You want to play for strong early game the same way you would with midsword, and for example against haven you want to keep going wide and delaying their Marwynn. Don't be scared to use your loots too, but also don't spam them and try to consider the pairs (goblet+boots and blade+necklace) when fusing. Fuse 1x a turn into Sinciro if you have Octrice crest up. I dropped to ruby when I started playing it but now I'm back to dia and about to reach gm with it, I think it's weaker than the other two meta decks (haven/rune) due to consistency issues but it can still preform well in ranked. If you don't want to use your brain too much you can go back to midsword, it's actually not that unplayable in this meta.
