If they had any sense, they wouldn't have made Calvard the way it was period. The marketing was also confusing. Why tease "CalvardMC/Calvadol" like he was the MC with what we know about Aaron now? I don't think that was particularly brilliant of Kondo. Calvard went from being hyped to a dud relatively. I think the right thing was done to finish it off after three games and given the success that the remake is getting, I think the most likely thing is we're headed back to Liberl or following/seeing Estelle/Joshua again. I don't think Falcom wants to waste time or effort not just getting everyone funneled from the remake to more mainline games and that would be the easiest way.
