Anon from the other thread here. In Nagisa's route there's a basketball game that happens. There are multiple characters you can select to help you (some make you win, some make you lose). Depending on whom you select you get extra scenes later. You should really pick Kyou for this, as you get something significant from it (saying what is a spoiler). Picking Tomoyo gets you something neat as well but it's not as important as the Kyou variant.
