You have plenty of 3 dice pages in Urban Plague like Wrath of Torment, including really cheap stuff like Fierce Onslaught. Using Wrath + Fierce Onslaught gives you 47-71 damage per librarian. Assuming you have 4 librarians rather than UN's 5, that's 188-284 damage assuming the enemy is not staggered.
For reference, Philip and Tomerry have 300 HP. A lot of things have about same or lower HP around that time and you can further increase damage dealt with pages like Relay and You're Too Slow or passives like Double Axe.
You have Sayo to make this far more consistent.

You want Rodya and optionally the Lament gregor EGO for sinking, Sanguine (which you pulled) for bleed and MBoutis + EGO for burn. You could get QoHdon for charge since you pulled the EGO too but charge is shit outside of MD and is very EGO dependent in general.
Aside from those you really just care about the generalist bullshit like Full Stop and the Regret mersault EGO
