It really depends on the map, sector, and angle I'm holding. There are some where I'll sit in one spot the whole sector and only move for grenades or to revive people who die closeby. Others I'll run and gun a bit but if I plan to run and gun I'm generally just gonna use a tr7, smg, or m4 anyway.
