Fett has grown in popularity for that but also has less-serious content. Mint and Supr are also NA PL coaches who make content / stream, I personally don't care much for their insight. When Fett is on, he's fking on like turbo-autismo9000 in the best way.
There is often a breakdown segment after PL matches focusing on a particular play / round. All the analysts Ubi has staffed are actually good, so Alphama (my fav), Jessie, and Fresh. They don't make it that convenient to seek out though so you'll have to be skipping around the pro league VODs.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ANYONE try to solo queue unless at the bare minimum they have like 500 hours logged in and don't give a shit about their personal rank. If you feel like you're getting """carried""" by your stack and you want to truly figure out if you're a clutch player on your own that can hang against a hodgepodge of varying ranks going full-sweatlord, solo queue is your best bet. That's the only real benefit of solo queuing: figuring out if, at least mechanically and game-knowledge wise, you're a consistent and competent player in your performance despite having little, or even zero intel/comms to work off of.

Pic related is my stats as a chronic solo queue player. Literally nobody with a brain in their head can say when it comes to KDA I'm "shit" or "carried", which is one small point of pride you can have if you're serious about solo queuing.

Being a pro takes over your entire life. Constant scrims, aim training, replay reviews, strating, etc and you spend more time with your team than your friends and family. Macie is getting old and he doesn't have the mental fortitude for it. His aim is average at best for his rank and he gets depressed easily.

Compare him to someone like Canadian who is similar in a lot of ways being one of the oldest players in pro league with below average gunskill but he's a good leader and has the drive and confidence that Macie does not.

It's a slightly odd feeling knowing that the lifeblood flower and year of the rabbit attachment skins are among the most high-priced, sought after attachment skins on the R6 marketplace, and I got both of them immediately when they were respectively released lol.

Lifeblood flower was from the demon veil battle pass, and year of the rabbit was from a limited time promotion celebrating the Chinese new year, and if memory serves me correctly, I bought it with renown.

It's a real shame I wasn't around for the ultra rare skins and attachments like Glacier, chroma streaks, aki no tsuru, etc.

The only time I've ever seen true, tactical Siege being played is in pro league. I've been playing since Crimson heist, and it's STILL rare to end up on teams that give accurate callouts and yellow pings.

Yes I agree. It's a crutch novice players use for sure ("On ping!") which is inferior to proper callouts. Most players develop comms at better ranks / over time anyways though. New wheel is pretty shit, but I consider yellow pings a part of the game at this point. At the very least it still adheres to a pillar of Siege which is sharing information (someone has to operate the cam, a player is indicating a point of interest, etc.).

From the perspective of drones and player-placed cameras, you have to allow that freedom and risk & reward. The various sneaky / hidden drone spots in Siege are part of discovery, learning curve, etc. Having an indicator that you're visible on cam or being yellow pinged would be a huge unwarranted nerf to the camera util aspect of Siege.

mira window shatter is just unforgiving. you have to land the charge within the black mirror boundaries. if it's even slightly off, it won't shatter.
