Public run RnD moments just show why I think RnD needs to be reworked to target the person who activated it first, and then have a grace period so whoever is in the circle can actually react to what's about to happen to them.
It's the griefer's dream twisted if no one /v/moted the machine in his circle, since it's a guaranteed 20+ seconds someone needs to spend on the machine while in damage range. Because for some reason, RnD targets the person closest to the center (and gets activated by people running outside of his Line of Sight) so it's never the person who activates him getting punished.
Conceptually, he's a good twisted. When he shows up blocking choke points is when he's one of the best designed twisteds since he just becomes a huge problem for everyone. When he's bodyguarding a single machine is when he's the worst thing in the game.
